I’m about to challenge your belief system, or at least I’m going to try.

I’m going to tell you exactly why you make a sale, and why you do not.

By doing this, I’m going to give you access to some extraordinary principles that seem to fly in the face of logic, but nonetheless are at work in your life every moment of every day.

There is a Law put in place that permeates the entire Universe. It is called the Law of Attraction. While this idea is generally associated with the new age and metaphysical communities, it is in fact, a Law. This means that there is not one entity in the Universe that is “immune” to it.

To understand the Law of Attraction on a practical level, you need to have a basic understanding of the building blocks of our Universe. Specifically, you need to know that at our most basic physical level, we are 99% empty space. We are in fact, pure Energy. And this Energy has a specific characteristic that if we understand it fully, we can use this characteristic to create a life beyond our wildest dreams. And that includes making more sales, with more commission, and more effortlessly than you would have thought possible.

The Law of Attraction is all about this characteristic that I mentioned. That is that Energy attracts like Energy. I understand that we’re talking about non-tangible things here, and that some of this is beyond the scope of what you’ve thought about before, thus this all might seem very far out. However, I urge you to continue reading so that you can see that regardless of what you think about it, it IS at work in your life, and thus you have the power to redirect anything and everything in your experience.

All Energy vibrates. Everything has a specific and unique frequency. You need to understand that EVERYTHING is Energy, including your thoughts, dreams, and passions. When two vibrations are in resonance, they attract each other.

This manifests in subtle ways in our lives every day. We’ll be thinking about someone and they will call. You’ll think about something you want, and suddenly you obtain it through completely unexpected means. How does this happen?

Every thought and feeling you have has a vibration. It’s resonating out into the Universe at a specific frequency, basically seeking a matching vibration. If you’re thinking about talking to a person, and really feeling what that would be like, you are literally attracting the circumstances for that feeling to manifest physically. You are attracting a situation that is in perfect resonance with what you’re vibrating. When you do that, the Universe WILL respond appropriately every time.

Given this, imagine the possibilities as it applies to sales!

First, you have to understand that this is not about making other people do what you want them to do “against their will”. To the contrary, it is about learning to literally ATTRACT the appropriate people who WANT to buy from you. Most people work far too hard trying to FIND the appropriate buyer, expending time and Energy on people who are not a vibrational match for them.

Think about that. Wouldn’t it be nice to NOT have to cold call all the time? Wouldn’t it be nice to know that nearly everyone you deal with is going to make a purchase, or even be a lifetime customer? Of course it would.

It’s actually quite a simple process, however not always so easy for everyone. Many people have all kinds of “stuff” (limiting beliefs) about what is possible or necessary with regards to succeeding in sales. They’ve learned that nothing short of hard work will result in success, and they have had many models in their lives that have demonstrated this to be “true”. However, there is NO Truth to it. It’s simply a belief. And if that belief runs through you, it affects your energetic vibration - your frequency - and limits what you can attract into your experience b>no matter how much you consciously want something different.

To attract something into your experience, such as a multitude of sales, you have to go from “wanting” it, to feeling that you already have it. There is a very specific vibration to “wanting”. It implies you don’t have it. The feeling that you don’t have it causes your vibration to attract only more of “you don’t have it”. It’s simply responding appropriately as it always will.

Instead you have to take the idea of “visualizing the sale” to a whole new level - because simple visualization without emotion does not serve to attract anything. The attraction starts at the level of your emotion. Changing your emotion is what changes your frequency, much like a radio, and thus changes what you will attract.

You will need to be clear exactly how you want to feel as a result of making a sale. Are you? Don’t make this about the money. Money carries a lot of “stuff” for many people. Besides, money is not the end goal here. What will you do with the money? How will spending that money make you FEEL? To the extent that you can conjure up that feeling, you then change your “attraction frequency”, thus you begin to attract to you the circumstances necessary to perpetuate or match that feeling that you have.

You’re going to makes sales from time to time whether or not you are intentionally trying to use the Law of Attraction. But it’s still going to be determined by what you’re vibrating. Depending on where you have your attention during the course of the week, and how you’re feeling, you will attract all sorts of people. Some will be a match and others won’t. However, you can be more intentional about whom you attract by putting yourself in the feeling of what it will be like to work with enthusiastic people who just can’t WAIT to buy from you!

What counts is how you feel.

Sometimes you’ll be confronted with issues of “deserving”. You’ll realize that somewhere within you, you have a belief that extraordinary success is beyond you, or that you aren’t worthy of it somehow. This is another limiting emotion and belief that CAN be eliminated with a little training.

Hopefully, you’re selling because you love selling. You’re selling because it’s who you are. Many people “sell” because they feel it’s a good way to make money, but it’s far from what they believe their purpose to be. This will always hold them back to some extent from the success they desire. Their vibrational frequency is all over the map as they go through various “roles” during their day. This is the recipe for mediocrity.

But if you believe you are here to sell I invite you to begin to intentionally envision unreasonable success for yourself. But know what success means to you. What do you truly want as a result of a successful sales career? Is it time? Freedom? Peace? For the most part, these are the types of things people are really seeking from financial success.

Again, I realize that this process sounds very bizarre to many. It doesn’t seem, on the surface, to make sense. But we are not talking at the level of “surface”. We’re looking much deeper level of what we’re truly made up of beyond the skin and bones we consider ourselves to be. When you can open your mind, you will begin to tap into an incredible power that has ALWAYS been at work in your life, and has always been at your disposal.

Unfortunately most people are never taught these things, because not that many people know anything about them. This doesn’t make them any less true. Further, there are many who DO intentionally use these principles every day and know unreasonable success in ALL areas of their lives.

And now, you know the “secret” as well. You can scoff at it, and go right back to doing things how you’ve always done them. Win some, lose some. Or you can just give it a try for a while and see what happens. It costs you nothing, and can gain you everything.

To summarize:

Feel the sale. Visualize EXACTLY how you’d like your sale to transpire, but pay total attention to how you FEEL about experiencing that sale in the “now” moment of visualizing it. Make the feelings as intense and realistic as possible. Imagine the transaction on every sensory level - any sights, sounds, smell, feelings, etc. that you can generate will help you “fine tune” the vibration so that you attract exactly what you want.

Another interesting study was done. One that should really catch our attention. It reveals that employees who are happier and treated well, produce better results than those who are unhappy. And most frontline workers are unhappy and are looking elsewhere for work.

No, it shouldn’t surprise us. But somehow it does. It surprises us first, because we are stunned that a study had to be done to prove something that is so obvious. The outcome of the study should not be as surprising as the fact that it was done at all! When we recover from that, then it may surprise us because we aren’t aware that most frontline staffers aren’t happy and they don’t feel that they are treated well at work.

Ugh! This must make us look at ourselves if we are managers. But we have to give ourselves a break…we’re not the bad guy! I think I know why and how this happens.

The position somehow changes us whether we know it or not! My own research, and my work with thousands of frontline supervisors, lead me to believe that there is a clear and simple answer: We become so consumed with the position, we lose the ‘person’ we think and know ourselves to be. This is too bad too, because it was probably that personable person who got us this higher position!

The fun-loving, spontaneous, smiling person we think ourselves as, has morphed into a serious, unapproachable, distracted, frenzied boss, concentrating on the demands of the position, losing the person we were and forgetting the people who work for us. The moment we concentrate on the work and the final product and not the people who produce that product, we become the ‘position’ and leave behind the person who relates to others on a personal level. We want to be successful and do a good job. We think taking the job so seriously is part of the package. Oooops. Big mistake.

This serious approach to the position not only negatively affects our workers, but us, too. When we reach a toxic level of ‘position’, it is usually painful: we feel misunderstood, overwhelmed, crisis-oriented, over-stressed and we begin to hate our job, and maybe our co-workers, which we may have previously loved. Others see this and they begin to shy away from us. This cycle happens so often that many supervisors quit within 3 years of the promotion.

So here’s where the results of the study comes in. Supervisors need to remind themselves that no matter what work they think are in, they are really in ‘human services’. No matter what the company does: make widgets, produce soft or hardware, sell via the phone; once you become a frontline supervisor your priority must be the human beings who are responsible to you, as it is those humans who produce the final product. The work or the final product is no longer your priority. No work is done well if people aren’t happy doing it. So don’t lose your ‘person’ to the ‘position’.

And here we must be reminded why people leave their jobs (this, from yet another study). Most people leave because they see their supervisor as a jerk, and second they leave because they don’t feel acknowledged, recognized or appreciated. We can again become the ‘person’ known to be talented, liked and therefore, promoted, by remembering the importance of the people who do the job. Stop the vicious cycle. Lighten up! Smile. Visit. Have fun. It’s a win-win situation!

* If you choose an electric golf cart, never let the batteries run down to the point where they no longer have a charge left. Over a period of time, a totally drained battery will become damaged. So be sure to keep at least some kind of charge in the battery at all times.

* If you’re unfamiliar with golf cart construction and maintenance, perhaps your best choice for buying a golf cart is to visit your local golf cart dealers to see what they have in stock. If a dealer has a good reputation in the community for customer service, then you can usually save a lot of money by buying a used golf cart instead of buying a new one. On the other hand, if you are somewhat familiar with golf carts or know someone who is, then the best deals can be had by buying a used golf cart from a local private party who has obviously cared for and maintained their golf cart well.

* Regardless of whether you buy a new or used golf cart, it will be very important for you to perform the regular maintenance that is required for your golf cart in order to keep it in good working order. In this respect they are much like automobiles. The better you care for them, the longer they will last and give you good service.

Raising the level of dietary fiber, while lowering the amount of
fat in your diet, is one of the most effective changes you can
make, both in terms of weight loss and overall health and
fitness. Unfortunately, most people consume too much fat and not
enough fiber, and reversing that trend can be difficult even for
the most motivated.

A good place to start is by knowing which foods are highest in
dietary fiber. Eating a diet rich in these foods is a good way
to boost fiber while lowering fat and other negative dietary
elements.

When boosting the amount of fiber in the diet, however, it is
best to start gradually in order to let your body adjust. An
abrupt change in the amount of fiber in the diet can lead to
cramps, abdominal pain, bloating and gas.

Among the highest fiber foods are cooked legumes (including
dried peas and beans), dried fruits, nuts, sesame seeds,
sunflower seeds, and berries. These foods all contain more than
six grams of fiber per serving.

Foods which contain from four to six grams of fiber per serving
include a baked potato (with the skin), apples, pears, barley,
brown rice, bran muffins, lima beans, snow peas, green peas and
sweet potatoes.

Further down the scale at two to four grams per serving are
vegetables, citrus fruits, whole wheat bread, rye bread and
melons. These foods are still good sources of fiber, but you
will need to eat more of them to get the full effect. That’s
fine, though, since they are healthy, nutritious foods in many
ways.

In order to enjoy healthier eating habits for life, it is
important to make fundamental changes in the way you shop, cook
and eat. A diet should be more than a temporary change in eating
habits; a true dietary change must be one you can follow for a
lifetime.

When doing the weekly grocery shopping, get into the habit of
hitting the produce section first. Fill your shopping basket
with fresh, in season fruits and vegetables, as they are rich
sources of vitamins and minerals as well as fiber. Canned fruits
and vegetables are good substitutes when the fresh varieties are
out of season.

When choosing baked goods, always try to find those made with
more nutritious and fiber rich whole wheat flour, wheat bran,
oat bran, poppy seeds, sesame seeds, oatmeal or raisins.

Become a label reader. The federally mandated nutritional labels
contain a wealth of valuable information for those who take the
time to understand them. Nutritional labels contain valuable
information on the calorie content, fiber content, and vitamin
content of all packaged foods, and many meats, seafood and
poultry products as well.

Finally, there are some popular myths about fiber. It is
important to dispel these myths as you seek to increase the
level of fiber in the diet.

The first myth concerns the relationship of crispness to level
of fiber. In short, the crispness of a food is no indication of
the amount of fiber it contains. For instance, the vegetables
commonly used in salads, although crisp, are not significant
sources of fiber. The crunch of the lettuce is a result of the
amount of water it contains, not its fiber content.

Many people also think that cooking foods breaks down fiber - it
does not. Cooking has no effect on the fiber content of foods.
Peeling vegetables and fruits, however, does remove some of the
fiber, since the skins of fruits and vegetables contain fiber.
Edible skins, such as apple peels, can be good sources of fiber.

No matter what your reasons for increasing the amount of fiber
in your diet, you may well find that this is one of the most
positive dietary changes you ever make. Increasing fiber can
have a significant impact on your future health and well being,
and the change is easier to make than many people think.

Every broker and financial planner will tell you that you cannot time the stock market. I saw John Bogle, the great seer of Vanguard, on CNBC saying it can’t be done. Of course, it is easy to understand why he and every other mutual fund manager would say that as they would have a problem managing huge inflows and outflows of money and he was buying and holding during the 18-year bull from 1982 to 2000.

Every successful hedge fund managers knows that Buy and Hold is death for capital investment. Hedge fund managers are different than regular mutual fund managers in that they only get paid when they make a profit for their investors. To be invested in a hedge fund you must be a “qualified investor”. That means you need to show an income of $200,000 a year for the last 2 years and have a net worth of $1,000,000. It is the old story of the rich get richer. The reason is simple. They don’t put money with money mangers who can’t manage money. Hedge fund managers must make profits or starve. To protect your cash in your IRA, 401K, SEP, trust or just plain stock account you can learn to use market timing. There is one very simple timing method that anyone can master and you don’t have to be a mathematical genius or even the least bit market savvy to do it.

From 1950 to the year 2000 the Dow Jones Industrial Average gained 10,534 points. That is a pretty long time period so it is a very good sample. According to the Stock Trader’s Almanac (2002 edition) a $10,000 investment using only the S&P500 Index your account would have increased by $11,408 if you had been invested just during May through October. Pretty shabby. However, if you were invested only from November through April that same $10,000 would have gained $314,056. Cowabunga! Who says you can’t time the market?

If you were invested in a broad market index fund of any kind and switched to a money market during the Spring and Summer periods and been fully invested during the Fall and Winter you could be one of those qualified investors. You could have made an extra 700%. That’s real money. And there are better timing models.

Anyone can do this, but brokers tell you you have to be fully invested all the time. Nonsense. They are worried you might take your money out. Cash is a position. They will tell you it is too simplistic, but that is the beauty of it. Simple is always better.

This is the easiest of all timing models I know and it works. Take some time to study it. It can only increase your net worth. And you will sleep better.

I would stay away from those sites unless you have money to blow(but who does). You can earn money by selling things on Ebay. By being an affiliate can earn you money. This way is the easiest way to earn money online and affiliates are in high demand.

Every company loves affiliates because affiliates get the sites seen by lots of people. There are all kinds of companies who use affiliates and they range from adult to wal mart and every thing in between. Affiliate sites usually pay you per click of per sale. If you have excellent computer skills you can earn money by designing banners and designing websites. There is good money in reselling software. You buy software and than you can resell if for any price. You can earn money online by surfing the web. Some surfing sites have you install a tool bar that keeps track of the amount of time you spend online and pay you for that time. They usually pay well and you don’t have do anything. This is great because you are going to be online why not earn money for being online doing what you want. The other way to get paid for surfing is joining a program such as SAS.
