It is amazing to see the different types of dance routines that have been incorporated into cheerleading. Cheerleading teaches many skills, but I believe that grace under pressure is one of the most invaluable lessons that cheerleaders learn no matter what level they are at. I also believe that the lessons learned by cheerleaders are something that they carry for a lifetime.
