Buy Cialis from Trusted Online Pharmacy and Best Price on the Net

Best Viagra

Viagra, also identified as “The Little Blue Pill,” was the first treatment for erectile dysfunction in men. Erectile dysfunction, ED, is the powerlessness to obtain or preserve an erection. Viagra is promoted by Pfizer Pharmaceutical Company. Its main active ingredient is ‘Sildenafil Citrate’.

Viagra, therefore, became the first flexible, workable cure to one of men s impotence problems. That helps blocking an enzyme in the body and also relaxing the vessels, helping circulation, in case of erectile dysfunction; Men with a heart condition should not take Sildenafil Citrate. Consult with your doctor before taking any ED medication. Viagra can be purchased in 25mg, 50mg, and 100mg tablets. You should never exceed the recommended dose of 100mg per day. Viagra can be taken 30 minutes to one hour prior to sexual activity. Blood flow is increased to the penis enabling a man to obtain and maintain an erection during sexual intercourse. As with all medications, they should be prescribed and monitored by an experienced physician. The most familiar side effects of Viagra are headache, nausea, dizziness, and itchy rash, and sensitivity to light. In rare cases, more serious side effects have been heart attack.

On the other hand, most health problems will not prevent you from safely and effectively using Viagra to improve your sex life. For example, if you have liver or kidney problems you can still use Viagra to treat ED. The doctor may prescribe the lowest dose of 25-mg to start off with and increase the dose if necessary.

Liberal Activists Willing to Go To Any Length to Get Noticed

Why are liberal political activists always going off and having million people [120,000] marches and getting them selves arrested doing something totally stupid? Have you ever watched the Dr. Reverend Jesse Jackson or Louis Fiarycon on Television carry on about this issue or the other? Why do people put up with their leaders acting like this? Is it because they are so similar in character to these folks? Or that they simply want to get noticed and then run for California Senator like Cindy Sheehan?

Some of the ridiculous stuff they do and try from the Hollywood wannabe crowd to Bono seem a little over the top to say the least? How much does George Soros pay these puppets anyway? One liberal group is now paying gorps to go onto Blogs and spout anti-war messages and anti-Bush statements, which incites the media to write negative stories about the Bush Administration. Sound like all is fair in war and politics right? Well yes and no. No because in war you have to decide whose side you are on.

If George Soros is spreading negative propaganda by funding groups who do this then well doesn’t that make him an international terrorist? And if people are being paid to do this who are Americans then aren’t they aiding the enemy? Why do we allow our nation to be dividing by fakery and trickery and why do all the stupid people fall for all this and become so fanatical in their hatred towards the Bush Administration? Consider all this in 2006.

The X Factor In Sales Success

Do you know how to apply the power of the X factor? The X factor in sales is simple multiplication of events and sales strategies that lead to sales. If business or salespeople apply this simple equation, they are released from the limits of time and energy.

The power of X in mathematics takes advantage of multiplication. In computers, we use the X to signify the multiplication of something. In sales, we can apply the same power when we multiply our efforts instead of simply adding single efforts over and over again. The difference between addition and multiplication is the difference between success and mediocre results. Successful sales professionals apply the power of multiplication, X instead of + or addition.

The Additional Sales Challenge

If you are asking yourself, why all businesses or salespeople don’t apply the principle of multiplication, it is a good question. The challenge of this question lies with the way salespeople are taught to sell. Most salespeople are taught to perform one task at a time and follow the best practices over an over again. The teaching of more calls on more contacts is the principle of addition, not multiplication. Making more calls will certainly improve sales and make more time for selling. However, there is a better way to improve sales.

Sales Automation Multiplies Success Results

We are taught in school that man learned how to use tools and become greater than all the beasts of the planet. The same principles are true in sales if we apply power tools to multiply our efforts in sales. The advancements in technology allow us to reach more people and businesses by multiplying our efforts. We can adopt sales strategies such as email marketing, pod casting, mailing and automated sales systems that multiply our sales efforts.

One of the greatest multiplication sales strategies is referral based marketing. Referrals multiply our sales efforts. A referral is like multiplying yourself. Instead of making sales calls ourselves, we can employ the power of multiplication from our customers.

If you are not adopting the X factor in sales, you are limiting your sales success to only your efforts. Expand your horizon in sales and use the power of X.

Create Fireworks with Your Call-to-Action

Every great performance goes out with a bang, right? My favorite finale has always been fireworks. Whether it’s the end of the day at Disney World or a Fourth of July Celebration, I enjoy the bright colors and loud sounds of the explosions. They bring to mind a sense of power and impact that finishes off a great day.

Why not take that concept and include it into copywriting for your next direct mail campaign? The three most import aspects of any sales letter/flyer/postcard are:

1. Openings that get your mail read
2. Copy that sells
3. And yes… a call-to-action that makes a big bang!

The call-to-action must be direct and to the point. A simply click here, buy today, or save money isn’t enough. It’s kind of like hanging up a “Wanted Dead or Alive” sign around town without supplying a name. It doesn’t lead to the capture of many “wanted.”

The three basic aspects of a strong call to action are…

1. Communicate your expectations.
If you want your reader to pick up the phone, visit your Web site, or bring a coupon to your store, say it. Be direct! Let them know exactly what you want them to do.

2. Make it easy.
We live in a busy world. Don’t make it hard for the reader to figure out how to contact you. After you communicate the action you’re looking for, put the information right there. Include Web addresses, phone numbers, or even a map to your store. Your busy readers will appreciate it.

3. Make it emotional.
Love, fear, guilt, and pride are emotional factors that directly affect response and buying decisions.

Once your copy is written, make a checklist of these three vital aspects of your call-to-action, and guarantee explosive results!

ASP vs PHP

When building web sites, ASP and PHP are very popular languages. Here’s my opinion on whether ASP or PHP is best

ASP v. PHP

Both ASP and PHP are languages used to build Dynamic Web sites that can interact with Databases and exchange information. ASP (Active Server Pages) is from Microsoft and is used with IIS (Internet Information Server) that runs on Microsoft Servers. PHP (Personal Home Pages) is from Rasmus Lerdorf, who originally designed this parsing language which was later modified by different people. It runs on Unix and Linux servers and it also has an NT server version.

There are a lot of differences between ASP and PHP.

Cost

To run ASP programs one needs IIS installed on a Windows platform server, which is not free. PHP programs run on Linux, which is free. Even the connectivity of the database is expensive in the case of ASP as MS-SQL is a product of Microsoft that needs to be purchased. PHP generally uses MySQL, which is freely available.

Speed

If we compare the speed of ASP and PHP then PHP has an upper hand. PHP code runs faster than ASP. ASP is built on COM based architecture, which is an overhead for the server whereas PHP code runs in its own memory space.

Platform Compatibility

PHP programs can run on various platforms like Linux, Unix, Windows and Solaris whereas ASP is mainly associated with Windows platforms. However, ASP can run on a Linux platform with ASP-Apache installed on the server.

Additional Costs

Many of the tools used in PHP are free of cost and since PHP is open source a lot of code can be found in open source forums. PHP has inbuilt features like ftp, email from a web page or even encryption mechanisms but in ASP such features are not built in and some additional components are required. Therefore an additional cost is incurred for such components.

Base Language

PHP is based on C++ language and the syntax used in PHP is quite similar to C/C++. C/C++ is still considered the best programming language by many programmers and people who love this language would surely feel more comfortable with the syntax of PHP. ASP on the other hand has a more Visual Basic kind of syntax that again is closely related to only Microsoft products. So, it depends on a person-to-person which language he or she is comfortable

Database Connectivity

PHP, being extremely flexible, can connect to various databases, the most popular being MySQL. ASP mainly uses MS-SQL.

Conclusion

Both languages have their advantages specific to users. Some would argue that both the languages have their own importance and depending on the user’s requirements the language and the platform can be chosen. If we talk about developing a discussion board then ASP is equally capable but many feel the best discussion boards are developed in PHP. If a user is looking for some e-commerce application development then many would call ASP the ideal choice. This does not mean that PHP cannot provide e-commerce solutions, only that many people choose ASP.

From my perspective, PHP is an all around better choice than ASP.

Home Loans & Refinances: 7 Little Known Loan Secrets that Can Save You Thousands

When shopping for a home loan, getting a competent loan officer (and an ethical one) is far more important than saving a fraction of a percentage point on your interest rate. Going with the “lowest bidder” may save you five or ten bucks on your home loan, but choosing who to work with just because of the lowest interest rate could very likely get you a “loan shark” who will get you stuck with a rate that is irreversible, or you might not even get a loan at all.

The best ways to avoid originators who are incompetent, or who practice unethical tactics:

Avoid shopping for a L.O. in the phone book or newspaper. That’s where most predatory originators advertise.

Avoid committing to originators just because they promise the lowest mortgage rate. If their rate is more than 1/4 of a percent less than what most other lenders are offering, it’s likely too good to be true, and you won’t find that out until it’s too late. (Usually - the morning of closing!)

Ask trusted friends who they used for their loan.

Beware if the loan documents you are signing involve a pre-payment penalty. Pre-payment penalties are typically attached to a loan when originators are being given a large kickback from the lender. Before you sign those loan documents, get a second opinion. If the pre-payment penalty wasn’t sprung on you until you are at the closing table, you should strongly consider what you are committing yourself to before signing those documents.

Ask your trusted Realtor for a couple recommendations of originators to use. Unlike you, who won’t likely be buying again for years down the road, lenders want to make sure to impress Realtors, because those Realtors represent dozens of other loans through buyers they’ll continue to send their way.

Never - ever - get a home loan from an out of state lender. Every state varies widely on the loan closing process. Even the most competent lender could jeopardize a transaction for something as minor as not knowing whether the home you are buying is in a “wet state” or a “dry state”.*

If you really want to have fun, when you apply for your loan, ask your LO what fees they charge, and after they give you their answer, ask them if that includes a “yield spread”. (You’re GUARANTEED to catch them off-guard.)

*A “wet state” funds the mortgage loan on the day of closing, whereas a “dry state” funds the loan several days after closing.

Are Fiber Supplements Fat Burning Food?

If you’re taking a fiber supplement or eating a high fiber diet, you may inadvertently be consuming fat burning food.

Everyone knows that fiber is something you need in your diet to be healthy, and that primarily it relieves constipation by increasing the bulk in stool to allow easier bowel movements.

But taking fiber supplements or eating a high fiber diet may also be beneficial when included within a balanced diet and exercise program.

It has been controversial as to whether fiber could be considered a component of fat burning food, as research has returned some conflicting results. For example, early studies published in 1987 found that a dietary fiber supplement given to moderately obese individuals significantly increased weight loss when compared to those in the placebo group1. But another study published four years earlier, conducted by some of the same researchers as those in the above study found that ispaghula (psyllium) and bran (both good sources of soluble and insoluble fiber) had no effect on weight loss2.

Certainly the differing results may have originated from the differences in the way that the two studies were conducted. The studies which resulted in fiber supplements inducing weight loss had administered fairly high dosages of fiber (most fiber supplements contain about 3 - 4 grams of fiber per serve), of 5-7 grams per day on top of general dietary advices which includes increasing dietary fiber intake.

It may be possible, although not proven, that dosages may need to be high to induce the desired effect of weight loss. Tuft’s University’s review of the available literature in this area found that when participants in the studies reviewed ate an ad libitum diet, an increase of dietary fiber of 14 grams was associated with an average of 1.9 kg weight loss over 3.8 months.3.

The average western diet includes somewhere between 15 - 18 grams of fiber. An increase of 14 grams would mean that if you were currently consuming 15 grams, an increase of 14 grams per day would mean you’d be consuming a total of 29 grams of fiber.

The amount of dietary fiber regularly recommended is 30 grams. So by either consuming this fiber through food (preferable) or by supplement, you may be giving your body a better chance to lose weight by consuming fiber, but by far the best advantage will be that you will be getting a healthier body.

So given that a fiber supplement can be helpful, (if and only if, a high fiber diet is impossible), to lose weight and most certainly to kick-start a healthier body, what should you look for in a fiber supplement? A full discussion of what you need to look for in a fibre supplement can be found at Savvy Fat Burning Food and click on lose weight basics.

Employee Induction - Are you Inducting your People - A Practical How To

In today’s fast paced marketplace it is easy to neglect the small important things!

Recently we assisted an organisation prove they had complied with their obligations in inducting their employee. The employee tried to bring a claim for severe stress against the business. If substantiated this may have resulted in the business having been found to be breaching proven human resource management guidelines and face a large payout.

The business was able to demonstrate a clear process of induction and was exonerated!

We are all busy today. The temptation is that you hire someone and put them straight to work; after all there are bills to pay, customers to service, paperwork, sales, marketing and on goes the list. You can protect your business from risk and claims!

What is Induction?

Induction is where you (manager or business) introduce your new employee to the workplace environment, work colleagues, employment conditions, policies and procedures and customs and practices of your business.

What should the Induction process include?

We recommend that you have an Induction Checklist! This assists in facilitating the process and at the conclusion of Induction both you and your employee sign off.

Induction Checklist

We recommend your Induction Checklist should contain key employee and employer responsibilities as;

• hours of work

• payroll

• employee responsibilities

• pilfering policies

• private use of email and the Internet

• occupational health and safety

• personal safety

• client / employee relationships

• grievance procedures

• performance systems

• organisational chart

• anti-discrimination and harassment prevention policy

• Other relevant human resource policies and procedures.

The Induction Process

The induction process can be conducted in such a manner as to maximize each persons time. A suggested method we use with our clients includes

• Introducing the employee to other colleagues

• Sitting the employee in an office by themselves

• The employee reads your policies and procedures

• The employee reads other necessary documentation

During this time you can be about your normal work. The employee normally would take an hour to read the material.

Once the employee is finished bring them into your office and go through the induction form point by point asking the employee if they understood the process and ticking off each section as you go.

Sign-off

At the end of your Induction get your employee to sign the Induction Form and include a statement such as ‘I confirm that these policy and procedures have been discussed with me and I understand and agree to comply with my obligations under these policies and procedures. I acknowledge that I have been inducted into my position’.

Final Comment

In our experience failing to induct an employee by taking an hour or so out of your day is like hitting your head with a hammer when trouble comes - a real headache!

The onus is on you to prove you provided an induction process. You can protect your business.

This process goes a long way towards minimising misunderstanding and if your employee becomes forgetful show them the induction sign-off.

Foreclosure Investing Top Ten List

There are plenty of reasons why foreclosure investing is a smart strategy for building long-term wealth. In this article I’ve compiled the Top 10 reasons why I invest in foreclosures.

1. Highly motivated sellers. To me, the most important advantage of working in foreclosures is that you deal with homeowners that HAVE to sell, not want to sell. If they don’t sell they will very likely lose their house and get nothingand they want something after years of living there!

2. Sellers facing time deadline. Generally when you list a piece of property for sale time is your friend: you can afford to wait, three, six, nine months, even more. I have seen houses on the market for close to 2 years. But a foreclosure property typically has 60-90 days before it goes to public trustee sale. And depending on the state law, you’ve got 0 to 360 days before the redemption period ends-the time that the homeowner has to try to buy it back. But, realistically, the homeowner has got no more than 3-6 months to find a solution to their problem.

3. Deep discounts. Foreclosure properties are the best way to consistently find fabulous real estate bargains. You are buying equity at a discountoften at 60-80 cents on the dollar.

4. Low risk. This is simply because you’ve been able to do research, run sales comparables (comps), and evaluate the property. You know approximately what the house is worth.

5. Plenty of leads. There are new leads just about every week, especially with rising foreclosure rates.

6. Little money or no credit required. Simply by finding a buyer on the other end, you can double close on many of these types of deals, so you never have to take out a mortgage for the house you are under contract with.

7. No commissions on the buy side. For the most part, you don’t have to work with real estate professionals when you are buying foreclosures, thus saving thousands of dollars.

8. Few competitors. Few investors enter this area, simply because of FEAR (False Evidence Appearing Real), and because it’s a complicated business. Sure, there are many that try. But few do it as a business full-time.

9. Quick closings. It is possible to buy, sell, and double-close a house within 30 days.

10. Quick growth. You can build a large portfolio of single-family homes very quickly by taking over existing payments.
